Mary Marg Helgenberger, born on the 16th of November, 1958 in the US, is an actress. She began her acting career at the beginning of the 1980s and was first noticed for the part she played in Siobhan Ryan from 1982-1986 in the drama daytime Ryan's Hope. Catherine Willows' role in CBS's procedural crime drama her most well-known for. Crime Scene Investigation, a television series that aired from 2000 until 2013 as well as Immortality, a television movie that was released in the year 2015. The role was reprised in The sequel Vegas (2022-present). Helgenberger is also well-known for playing the role of K.C. Koloski was a supporting actress on the ABC drama China Beach, which aired from 1988 to 1991. The show won her the Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting actress for a Drama Series in 1990. She is also known for performances in the TV show Under the Dome and Intelligence and in the film Species (1995) Species II (1998) Erin Brockovich (2000) and Mr. Brooks (2007). The youngest of the four siblings. McCain attended in the Phoenix Country Day School, an all-girls private Catholic school. In 2007, McCain graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History at Columbia University. In 2017, she was appointed co-host for the daytime chat talk show The View. She will remain host until 2021. In her other ventures McCain began writing columns for the Daily Mail newspaper after her three years on The View. McCain also published four other books including America You Sexy Bitch, A Love Letter To Freedom, and Bad Republican.
