Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman who has won in the CrossFit Games twice. Annie was second at the in the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, a Icelandic weightlifter who also is an Icelandic CrossFit athlete as well as a popular anchor on the media. She became famous for becoming the first woman to have won two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. Other accomplishments include winning Dubai Fitness Contests in 2013, 2017 and 2013. Annie was born in Reykjavik, Iceland along with her family. As a child Annie was an avid sport fan who loved working out. She was awarded numerous medals during school competitions. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit games at California in which she did well in initial games. Annie Thorisdottir's age was 31 years (as of 2021). She's 5'7" tall, and weighs around 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit journey in 2009 in California. Her performance was good in her initial competitions and was in the Top 10 from 70. Although she didn't achieve any championships and finished the competition in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. Following that She took part again in CrossFit Games which she won because of her dominating performances. She was the first woman ever to win CrossFit Games. Annie is the only woman to have won consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. She also received a gold medal. Also, in 2021 she took home with a bronze. Annie is currently a coach and trainer of Crossfit Reykjavik, which she created. In the last few years, as a well-known athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae among others. A few thousand people subscribe to her self-titled Youtube Channel where she uploads videos for training, family and other videos, and travel vlogs.
